Data Deletion Request

1. Through the Application Settings: Users can go to the Settings section of our app and select the "Delete Account" option. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion request. Once confirmed, the data deletion process will begin, and users will receive a confirmation notification within the app once it is complete.
2. By Contacting Us Directly: Users can also initiate a data deletion request by emailing us at support@funscore.uk with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include their account details for verification. Upon receiving the request, we will verify the user's identity to ensure the security of their data. Once verified, we will proceed to delete the user's data from our systems. This process may take up to 30 days to complete. After the deletion is complete, users will receive a confirmation email. Please note that while we will delete user data from our active systems, some information may be retained in our backups or archives for compliance with legal obligations, but will no longer be accessible or used.
