Return Policy: Funscore

Introduction

This Return Policy ("Policy") outlines the guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges related to purchases made through the Funscore Games mobile application ("Application" or "Service"). This Policy is applicable to all users ("User", "you" or "your") of Funscore Games ("Funscore Games", "we", "us" or "our").

In-App Purchases

Funscore Games offers various digital products and services for purchase within the Application. These may include premium subscription services, in-game currency, and other digital content (collectively, "In-App Purchases").

No Refunds or Returns

All In-App Purchases made within the Funscore Games Application are final and non-refundable. Given the digital nature of these products and services, we do not offer a refund or return option. Once an In-App Purchase is made, it is considered final, and there will be no refunds or credits for partially used or unused periods of service.

Subscription Cancellations

If you have purchased a subscription to any of Funscore Games' services, you can cancel the subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent cycles. However, there are no refunds for the subscription fees already paid.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, if you experience technical issues that prevent access or proper use of your In-App Purchase, please contact our customer support team at support@funscore.uk. Each case will be reviewed on an individual basis, and, where warranted, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Funscore Games.

Changes to Return Policy

Funscore Games reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new policy on this page within the Application. Continued use of the Application after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Acknowledgment

By making In-App Purchases within Funscore Games, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Return Policy.
