Funscore LTD (“Funscore”, “Company” or “we”) welcome you (“User”, “Player” or “you”) to Funscore. The Game is offered and/or can be played, if and whenever applicable, via (i) web and/or (ii) installable applications for mobile app stores, hereinafter collectively referred to as “Platforms”. Examples of Platforms are Facebook, Discord, app stores of Google and Apple.
Understanding the Nature of Funscore
Just for Fun: Funscore is all about having a good time. Our service is designed for entertainment and amusement – think of it like playing a video game.
No Real Money Gambling: You can't gamble with real money on our platform. There's no way to win real cash or physical prizes through our games.
Virtual Gameplay: While you can't win real money, you can enjoy playing our games. Winning in the game means winning in-game points or rewards, but these don't have real-world value.
Free to Play, with Extras: Playing our games doesn't require real money. We offer free gameplay, but you'll also find options to buy virtual items within the app if you choose to enhance your gaming experience.

Eligibility

In the event that it comes to our knowledge that a person under the age of eighteen (18) years old is using our Services, we have the right to prohibit and block such User from accessing the Services and will make all efforts to promptly delete any Personal Data we have on such User.
The platform is not for use in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited.

The different Platforms offer Users different ways to play the Game such as by registering, using your log-in credentials from a third-party platform like Discord, Facebook, Apple, Google.
Use and registration for the Services is entirely free of charge.
Users must provide accurate registration information.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
Funscore Games reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
Use of Service

We can't guarantee that the app will always meet all your needs or expectations.
Funscore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service.
